Leander Developments is a family business with three generations of experience in residential development and construction throughout the southwest.
Leander Developments was originally part of the Knapp Group, a highly respected construction and property development group, with a history stretching back to 1947. The group was sold to Galliford Try Plc in 2001, and the company was de-merged and remains in the ownership of the Knapp family.
Leander Developments has taken on projects across the southwest and has a proven track record of navigating difficult sites through the planning system.
