Leander Developments navigate the planning system to deliver commercially viable residential developments. We manage the planning process so you don’t have to.
The planning system is highly complex, and we understand the procedures, policies and considerations involved – this allows us to identify the opportunities and weaknesses of proposed development projects.
We undertake this work at our own financial risk – landowners do not pay us for our work directly – we are rewarded with a prearranged discount when the land is sold to us following our success in gaining planning permission. The no-risk partnerships we build with landowners means they do not carry the financial burden of the project.
Landowners will find our approach straightforward and transparent. Our motivation is aligned with theirs, as when the land gains residential planning permission, we both benefit. We do not charge fees, irrespective of the outcome. To achieve a successful planning permission, we use teams of leading consultants who prepare the plans and reports required for a planning application – this work is funded entirely by Leander Developments.
